The outdoor spaces are designed to open up the area through the creation of series of walk-throughs and a brand-new direct entrance into Waterloo Station. Commuters will gain quick access from the development to other area of London. Southbank Place’s first residential building, One Casson Square, was successfully launched in September 2015 and is a collaboration between architects Square and Partners and interior designers Johnson Naylor. The site’s second residential building, Thirty Casson Square, launched in 2016, offering 166 apartments with views over central London and the River Thames. Set over 29 levels, apartments range from studios to three-bedroom apartments and a collection of signature penthouses. Belvedere Gardens, is the third and most exclusive building to be released, launched in September 2016. With interiors by Goddard Littlefair and sophisticated architecture by GRID Architects.
