James Felstead

James is a board director at Child Graddon Lewis and has held responsibility for the practice's major residential projects for over three decades.  Leading projects from feasibility stage through to completion, James has designed, delivered and supported significant housing schemes for a range of clients, including Westminster City Council, TfL, Brent Council, Hackney Council, Greenwich Council, Ealing Council, Barnet Council, Be First, South Kensington Estate, Notting Hill Genesis, Southern Housing Group and Lend Lease. James has delivered residential schemes across numerous London Boroughs, including Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Camden and Wandsworth. James' specialisms include masterplanning and scheme design through both planning and technical design stages, harnessed by the design principle to add value and a vision beyond each scheme's red line boundary. With a particular background working on complex urban sites, James has delivered a wide range of housing types for the practice's clients, across all tenures.
