The Lock at Greenford Quay is a new landmark development from Telford Homes, forming part of the ambitious new waterfront neighbourhood at Greenford Quay. The masterplan, being delivered by our partner, Greystar, will deliver 2,118 high quality homes, as well as over 20,500sqm of commercial space. Located on the edge of the beautiful Grand Union Canal in Greenford, The Lock provides the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life, whilst also providing residents with quick and easy access into central London.

Providing residents ample living space, the apartments have been designed to be 10% larger than the London Plan space standards. To support community cohesion the residents have access to significant levels of internal and courtyard amenities, all built to the highest quality, and a sculptured public realm – its vision is to ‘live, work, breathe and be.’ These include a 16-hour concierge service, a fully equipped gym, landscaped gardens and a rooftop terrace, on-site cafes, a supermarket, and a flexible working zone. Every aspect of development has been designed to achieve 36.8% of regulated emissions, using renewable energy wherever possible. Blue Chyp lightweight, neutral carbon content balconies have been installed across the development producing 88% less carbon than using traditional balconies and a sustainable travel plan has been created to cater for electric vehicles, promote the use of bicycles and car clubs for residents and enable access to improved public transport options.
