SANDGATE PAVILIONS
SUNNINGDALE HOUSE DEVELOPMENTS
Sandgate Pavilions, located between Folkestone and Hythe in Kent, was designed to bring high end living to an area undergoing huge regeneration. The design is focused on the uninterrupted and exceptional views across the channel. The brief was clear from the start, every apartment had to have perfect views and to hear the acoustics of the sea.
This was set out in the height and positioning. From the outset the design led scheme required excellent technical and architectural abilities which we have never compromised through cost or time. Every apartment is South Facing. The ever-changing canvas of the sea is the only focus, the minute that the apartment is entered, and you turn to the living space the view is exceptional and unencumbered. From Dungeness to France the whole coastline can be seen.
Internally every apartment is individual with different interior design. To keep an ambient temperature and allow air filtration, each apartment benefits from a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery system. Sandgate Pavilions is made up of three separate apartment houses. Martello House, Enbrook House, and Shorncliffe House. Each stepped in size increasing in floors to fit with the hillside backdrop.
Offering 36 Two- and three-bedroom bespoke apartments, ranging from 1261 internal SQ.FT to 2487 SQ.FT. There have been no compromises made for the sake of profits. The development is for the area, to leave a legacy and to be our steppingstone into the Hythe property market for years to come.
