Park Central West and East

Park Central West and Park Central East, are two plots within the third phase of Lendlease’s Elephant Park Regeneration project., which sit on the site of the former Heygate Estate. Both are located along the existing New Kent Road with the southern edge of both plots fronting onto a promenade with direct connection to the new landscaped Elephant Park.

Each plot consists of a 25-storey tower block and mansion buildings, situated around a new landscaped podium and extensive public realm. Completed in May 2021, the two plots provide 829 mixed tenure homes, retail units, and new communal amenity spaces.
