LUMA
Argent
Designed by award winning architects Squire & Partners with interior design by Conran and Partners, LUMA – named for the centrality of light to its design ethos – responds to the building’s unique location between Lewis Cubitt Park to the west and the Jellicoe Gardens to the east. Squire & Partners has designed the striking residence to respect its surrounding natural context and connection with the emerging cultural and creative neighbourhood. In a nod to the former industrial character of King’s Cross, LUMA's form is expressed as a pair of stepped warehouse style buildings with a delicately layered façade. Light inspires all aspects of the curated living spaces. The interiors have been designed deliberately understated and natural, with an intricate curation of refined materials that complement the interior architecture while instilling a sense of serenity and drawing in the residences’ parkside setting. With an enviable location in the heart of King’s Cross, LUMA residents benefit from having London’s creative neighbourhood and the capital’s foodie hotspot on their doorstep. With 67 acres of inspiring businesses, outstanding architecture, destination retail and dining, and a vibrant cultural scene, when you come to King’s Cross you don’t feel like you are in London. The area benefits from centralised convenience while boasting plenty of outdoor space and green parks.
