Beatrix Young

Bea heads up the buildings team bringing nearly 20 years' experience leading multidisciplinary teams covering a broad range of project types and budgets. She is currently overseeing a range of projects from housing-led mixed-use schemes for both private developers and local authorities, to commercial and civic projects such as the design and fit-out of the prestigious British Embassy in Paris. In recent years Bea has concentrated on the early phases of projects, managing the strategy, feasibility, design, and planning application stages of high value, mixed-use, residential schemes, and urban masterplans. She is a member of Merton, Wandsworth & Richmond, Newham and Havering Design Review Panels where she brings her focus on design excellence. She has also been a visiting external reviewer at Nottingham University.
