Avondale Park Hall, London

This house was designed by Powell Tuck Associates for a design journalist and her family. The site had previously been occupied by a Victorian building and redevelopment allowed the house to be equipped with a basement area, significantly increasing the floor area of the new home. The Highgrove, Compton Park, Wolverhampton

The Arts and Crafts movement provides the inspiration for the Highgrove home, which has been created by Redrow Homes as part of its New Heritage Collection of designs. The Highgrove is a five bedroom detached house with 2767sq ft of living space, and has been developed on the housebuilder’s 55-home Compton Park development in Wolverhampton, which is a key regeneration scheme for the city.
